Bought a Bentley was promised a year warranty did not get it car broke down Oct 2nd still waiting

Paul, I am Truly Sorry that you felt so strongly to have to leave this review after everything we have tried to do for you, but it is your right to do so and I would like to add some relevant missing facts on our behalf without offending. It is correct that you purchased a 2006 Bentley GT from us, however We Did put an AA Warranty on the vehicle as promised (due to being a prestige vehicle and its age cost us over £900) sadly due to the vehicle being over 11 years old did have limited cover, and the electrical fault wasn't covered. However I do feel your review is unjust in that Clarks of Bristol as a Good Will Gesture covered all costs for the repair without asking for any contribution from you, which in total was over £2000, however the delay in you getting your vehicle back was only due to availability of Bentley Parts. The Garage themselves explained that, if the repair was done by Bentley the bill would of been much more. There are very few garages that would of done this honestly

I purchased my ford from clarks of Bristol back in April and I echo everyone's comments. Wayne literally went out of his way to make the handover smooth and even drove to Manchester to help me out has I live in Inverness. Thanks Wayne After having an issue with the auto box I decided to take it down to see what could be done. After they lent me a car for 2 weeks I can say the cars like new. I will be back to purchase my Range Rover sometime in the future but can I just say thank you to clarks of Bristol for the kind , helpful and friendly guys. Let me know if you get any evoques in please. Cheers.

I can easily say this has been my easiest and most stress free car purchase yet. Wayne at Clark's cars was a pleasure do deal with and made my car purchase totally hassle free and most importantly of all not your typical pushy car sales man which is very hard to find these days. Will most definitely recommend Clark's and will return in the future.
